Prior to joining Martingale & Co., I worked as a practicing attorney in New York in the Hong Kong offices of a number of internationally renowned law firms, where I served as the lead lawyer to provide international trademark layout advice for many internationally renowned brands, and participated in IP infringement investigation and evidence collection, infringement analysis, litigation strategy formulation, and international arbitration related to trademark infringement. In addition, Mr. Huang also has extensive experience in overseas financing for Chinese enterprises, having provided legal services for the overseas listing of a well-known cross-border e-commerce company, and is one of the few multidisciplinary lawyers in the market who can handle complex intellectual property issues at the same time and have a deep understanding of corporate finance and capital market operations.
